Vendidit software is a commercial product and commercial computer software as defined in FAR 2.101, provided to the government under FAR 12.212 and DFARS 227.7202. It was developed exclusively at private expense and is licensed under the Vendidit end user agreement. The government receives only the rights set out in that agreement, consistent with federal procurement regulations.
