Summary
Visual intelligence means the evidence is part of the record, not an attachment to it. Identity, condition and location are captured at the point of contact and bound to the record you already keep, so the system of record becomes a system of evidence.
Property accountability is a records problem before it is a technology problem.
Most property systems record what was entered, not what is true. A serial number typed years ago says nothing about the condition of the asset today, whether it has been altered, or whether it is where the record says it is.

Capture at receipt, transfer and inventory. Every record carries evidence of identity and condition, and audits reconcile against images rather than spreadsheets.

Verification of physical condition over time
Re-capture an asset and the platform reports whether it has changed. Applicable to equipment, infrastructure components and any item whose integrity matters.

Custody and chain of record
Serial, custodian and location bound to each capture. Transfers are recorded as events with evidence attached.

Surplus, reutilization and disposition
When an asset leaves service, the platform identifies it, values it and routes it to reutilization, sale or disposal under the applicable rules.

Physical count and inventory verification
Periodic counts in secure facilities completed against the record with the devices staff already carry, with exceptions surfaced for a person rather than a second count.

Can the platform run in a facility with no external connectivity?
Yes. The restricted deployment model runs in an isolated environment with no external connectivity and data segregated by engagement.

Does it replace the property system of record?
No. Each capture is bound to the existing serial number, custodian and location, so the property system is extended rather than replaced.
