Capability statement

Capability statement.

The one page summary a government buyer, a contracting officer or a purchasing partner asks for first.

  • Property accountability and audit. Every asset accounted for against the record you already keep, with evidence rather than attestation.
  • Verification of physical condition over time. Re-capture an asset and the platform reports whether it has changed.
  • Custody and chain of record. Serial, custodian and location bound to each capture. Transfers recorded as events with evidence attached.
  • Surplus, reutilization and disposition. When an asset leaves service it is identified, valued and routed to reutilization, sale or disposal under your rules.
  • Contents verification and claims. Pre loss verification at policy inception and identification and valuation at claim time, on one record.
Differentiators
  • Visual intelligence. A verified record from evidence gathered where the asset sits, not from what someone typed.
  • No new hardware and no integration to begin. Three captures put a working record in place on day one, keyed to your existing identifier.
  • Deployed on Amazon Web Services, in isolated environments with no external connectivity, or integrated with your system of record.
  • A stated confidence on every result. Low confidence goes to a person, not a guess.
  • We state what we hold, and nothing we do not. Compliance posture is stated plainly and documented under NDA in an evaluation.
Past performance
  • State government. A statewide requirement for property identification and disposition across agencies, deployed on the platform and in production. Customer name with written permission.
  • Insurance. Contents claims valuation on the platform for a regulated carrier. In production, case study in preparation.
  • Logistics. Item level returns processing for a third party logistics operator. In production, case study in preparation.
