Default Fulfillment Settings
Our platform is setup to handle Pickup and Shipping. Depending on how your business operates, you can customize your default method of fulfillment in your Fulfillment Settings.
Pickup Only is useful if you only deal locally and never ships products.
Shipping Only is useful if you only ship or don't have a storefront or receiving area.
Pickup and Shipping is great if you do both. You can still set items to be pickup or shipping only.
Adjusting these settings in your global settings will ensure all auctions made are aligned with the fulfillment method of your business.
Handling Pickup and Shipping Post Auction
Once your auctions are closed and payments are made, users will start to populate in the Shipping Section of our platform.
Within this section, you can switch between shipping and pickup with the top right blue button.
From this area, you can view all your incoming shipping requests. As you progress through the shipping stages, you can change the current status of a specific customer by clicking the dots on the right of the column. You can select between Shipment Requested, Shipped, and Delivered.
This section is mainly for your records and to keep track of customers. You can also handle this on your own spreadsheet or CRM system as well.
